1990 Planner Entry Notes
December 7 ”Monthly dinner w/SC – plan after 1st week [of Jan]. Steve will host February.  (Re: Ron & Jeep)” This was a follow-up to a discussion I had with Steve about us needing to schedule appointments in order to accomplish social lives outside of work.

(Ron & Jeep were friends of mine and Mindy's we thought would be interested in participating with monthly dinners)

January 23 - Wednesday 7:30p - "Dinner Club" A couple weeks prior to this date, Mindy & I asked
our friends named Ron & Jeep if they would be interested to join DC.  -- They declined.

I think John and Missy were recruited (by Steve) and attended.

2009 Planner Entry Notes
January 24 - Saturday DC - Schaefer's Hey, dinner club Sat. We will be serving Southern dishes with Southern Hospitality-6:00. It will be helpful if y'all know how to play yooker. Or at least how to spell it.

February 28 - Saturday DC - Sabine's Red Hot Chili Fest! Just a reminder, dinner club is this Saturday night at 6 at Sabines' place. As it turned out, all the planets lined up for us to host both of the clubs we are in at the same point, so it will be a double clubber night.

The theme is "Red Hot Chili Fest" and those of you from Club 2 should bring your best chilis to enter in this little contest. (Rob and GeneAnn, being in both the old and new dinner clubs, need only bring half a pot of chili.)

We will taste and compare, and you will all have an opportunity to vote for your favorites. Of course, Club #1 will not be able to win any of the great prizes (unless they break the rules and bring their own pot of chili). Rob and GeneAnn could only be eligible for half a prize.

If anyone wants to bring beer or margaritas or cornbread or whatever, that'd be great. Extra points for wearing items that support the theme (yes, GeneAnn, the red bra counts).
